With the economic recession, for each position there are a large number of applicants and recruiters have issues handing resumes. Sometimes you would feel like that all your efforts are going for a toss. There are a few things that can be done in order to see that your resume gets recognized and you get optimized results. 7. Describe Your Personality: Some people use resumes of others and revise them instead make your resume more practical and a documents which describes your personality rather exaggerating.

Thanks for the validation on including references along with your resume. This differently spends upon the hiring process. I have just started adding my contacts rather than using the all to familiar phrase,"References available upon request".
